    I wonder if there have been a lot of people in these bunkers. I guess so, but at least there is no graffiti on them. As you said they are isolated from each other, but how big are they? Are they all the same size and what was they used for? Lots of questions I could look it up but i would rather hear it from you. He he

    Hahaha, yes we have some diffrent sizes.

    Commando bunker type R608: 6.pers.
    Radio bunker type R618: 9.pers.
    Doppelgruppenunterstand. type R622: 20. pers.
    Radio bunker type R691: 9 pers.
    Nachrichtenstand für höhere Stäbe type V196: 56. pers.
    Ringstellung.(Torbruk bunker) Type 58c: 2 pers.

    -and some smaller ones for storage of gasoline and vericels and stuff....

    Cool. Thanks for the info. 56 persons is quite large bunker. Why did they have the bunkers out there in the forest at all?

    It was the german headquarter in Denmark Rommel was there a couple of times

    Ahaa. I went to school right around the corner from Nyboder. My grand father "morfar" was stationed on the naval base Holmen for 48 years so i heard a lot about what went on in WW2 in Copenhagen. But obviously not in Silkeborg He took part in sinking the ships out there.
