A abzeichen I have always be fond of.

Sorry guys i need help i used on line translator and was led to belive this is a medal for destroying a tank single handed, am i way off the mark Stuka?? and its certianly salty nick but i guess you know what it is.

That's correct, the first picture is the award in wear, the second is how it used to look like. There were two versions silver and gold...
