That clip design looks very similar to the M1 Garand clip, just on a much larger scale.

    Hi guys.
Today I repaired the car at my friend's garage, in Gorodisсhe. After I dug a little in a ravine near the village. Here I dug up an unknown object ...
May be you know what is a garbage ...?

On the surface there is a stamp BAL 1256
    Google helped me

The acronym 'BAL' is also a stamp I frequently find on German aircraft electrical equipment. It looks like some kind of quality control or 'passed inspection' stamp.
    "Bau Aufsicht Luftwaffe"

    may be anybody know more?...

I think it may be bomb release gear from a Luftwaffe aircraft. Cannot prove it though!
