I'm sorry, but this past weekend my friend and I went back to battlefield on north Stalingrad. But I just now found the time to tell you.
As you remember on the battlefield, we found a German bunker, where we dug a German bayonet...
Taxi is very cool for ordinary guys and so we arrived there by public bus))))
my friend in action and the first finds...
And then it was my turn to dig ... some time later, I was shocked
shovel hit the percussion fuzes on shell friom 8-cm Schwerer Granatwerfer 34
and next was buckle
More great posts, thanks!
Greetings, Sebastien! Always great to hear from you...I knew things would get better for you eventually, and that it was just a matter of time before you found a good spot to dig! The liner on that Stahlhelm is incredibly well-preserved! Great photos as well, thanks for the update!
