It is in Polish indeed. Looks like a scrap o newspaper or (what is more possible) propaganda leaflet.
On the one side is: Please, pass (...) - leaflet? And under the line something that looks like in German language (?)
On the other side there something about the: People's Commissar (...), statement (...), Sir Archibald Clark Kerr (...), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (...), series of resolutions were taken concerning (...), (against?) Germans and their allies (...), righteous / just war of liberation (...), (until?) total destruction (...),
My theory: it was Soviet leaflet, addressed to German soldiers. There were many Poles among them, forced to serve in Wehrmacht. They originated from e.g. Pomerania, Silesia, Warhegau etc.

For justifying the theory that it was a leaflet - I managed to decipher German words from the first side. Seems to be: (...) Flugblatt dient als (...)
We can imagine that it was: "Dieses Flugblatt dient als Passierschein" - "This leaflet serves as a pass".

Yesterday I with friends were again on the battlefield.

First, we found a small glade where there were parts of the German anti-aircraft gun and rifle casings from the Civil War.
