Hello Sebastian, I will be in Volgograd in May. Could you recommend anywhere that militaria/artifacts are for sale. Shops, flea markets that sort of thing.

Robin, I think you will have problems when you want bring to home through customs...

learn the customs legislation of the Russian Federation... subjects older than 50 years you should be declare.

Arrive in Volgograd (Stalingrad) , taking photos of the city, walk around the city, buy souvenirs ... everything that tourists usually do
maybe we dig together, but I can not guarantee that I'll have free time. I working in the construction industry, I have a very difficult schedule.

Paul, I have never been near Karpovka.
My friends have been there for several years ago. You could see the dog tag from the 71 mot Regiment
There's a very evil the owner area, a farmer, Mr. Chunikhin ... he does not like diggers.
