    Next opportunity to dig together we had after a few days...
    this field next to road and so we did not have a chance to dig there, only at night



    there was not a deep trench. German positions 371 th Infantry Division.

    next evening.

    we were looking for rear position 29 motorized division...
    on the field we found a German bunker, and next to I dug up this buckle Soviet marine

    WOW Again, I think that we sometimes forget all the very hard work that goes into these digs, not just the digging, but also all the research in trying to find the correct sites.

    Keep up all the hard work!!!

    I did not publish on the forum a lot of my travels, where I have not finds ...

    regular statistics, when I do three or four travel without finds and after that I have one traveling with finds

    I hope you understand me ...

    Mate you are doing just fine ~

    I sometimes have to consider my Australian language as some don't understand what Australians say some times ! LOL

    People ask me how I find sites ~ and I say "Research ~ then Research, and finally MORE Research!"


    And I agree, it is best to NOT tell / talk about sites, as there are always "free loaders" scanning these web sites looking for "a free ride" !!
