This is the work of my friend. He dug up near Orlovka German helmets and others things.
Thankyou Sebastian for showing us more excellent finds!
I was collecting in the early 1980's but sold it all when everyone seemed to be an "expert" and I got tired of all the comments as to what was genuine. ( this was back when a genuine SS zeltbahn was only $300 Australian dollars and a nice M35 double decal was the same .... oh, for those days again! )
Now I am back collecting as the internet has opened up the world and at least with ground dug items there is no question ( in most cases ) about their originality. Good luck finding more treasures!
That first helmet the model 35 with the decal is a nice find. Some tender loving care and a oxalic acid bath would make that shine.

Thanks ! I will do...

Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader

Hi Paul E,
I did not ever dig around Dmitrievka , Karpova or Baburkin Farm because it is far and I have not a car ;-)
