The pistol is definitely not a Liberator but is in fact a German Em-Ge MIII pistol.

    Tom.
    Well spotted.

    Some things never change:
Same logo and still making flare- and starter guns
    EM-GE Sportgeräte

Today my friend and me were digging in the north of Stalingrad, Erzovka-point... This is the position of the rear of the Red Army.
First we dug rare Soviet helmet, SSh-36... The first time I dug this helmet
    After we dug up SSh-40
It was near a small bunker, this place near my friend's country house
