Hi Tim,
I rechecked the 20mm round in the sun today and it does have decernable markings. You can see from the pics condition is not great.

LUCKYSTRIKE, your "0" looks, from the photo, to be next to a "2" and "mm", I know this sounds silly but can you measure across the center of the rim for me?

The spark plug is a American AC sparkplug. They also made .50 calibre Browning M2AC and M2HB guns.

ST is usually found on 20mm cases made at ROF Steeton, Yorkshire.
