    my uncle brung me around a present

    He picked this second world war gasmask up off the beach this morning.

    Just as i was about to take the picture George the dragon decided he would sit on the carboard as well

    Blimey ! Nice find by your uncle. Send him back to find the filter and eye lens's

    I don't think George and Charlie would make good friends. Charlie is orange and that colour makes dragons notoriously bad tempered.

    Remains of a MkIV/V General Service Respirator facepiece......very nice I bet if you put all the bits and pieces that other guys have found, you could make a full gas mask now

    Nice find,
    but the dragon looks postwar to me, probably DAK fake. lol
    The mask is in great shape considering it's been out there on the beach for so long and would fit nice in any display.

    the dragon is 100% orriganal, he belonged to the birlin zoo, he escaped about the same time as charlie. They travled the world for for a long time. They were getting on a plane to new york but both got on the wrong planes and ended up in ireland and england. its a true story
