    Living in the middle of the battlefield where the last part of Operation Bluecoat was fought in Normandy, there are always battlefield relics around here- but this discovery just before Christmas by a neighbouring farmer is incredible.....

    This is a helmet we got out of the ground at my house and some other relics my freind found near Ste Mere Eglise

    There was a ground dug DKW bike mentioned on the web some time ago.

    Please check out the very distinctive DKW front fork (arrow). By a funny coincidence, a buddy of mine just bought a MIL DKW having the same front fork (bottom pic not my friends bike).

    Hi, this piece is from the back of an SSTK motorcycle sidecar that was dug in Demjansk about 10 years ago, unfortunately rest of bike was scrapped
    Can anyone suggest if white stripes surrounding TK are tactical markings ??
