Divers knife

Hello Guys ,Dont know if this is the right place for this knife ,so here we go ,it is a Siebe Gorman divers knife .It was presented to P.C F.G Mick Hallam of the Nottingham city police in 1953 (UK).It belongs to my father in law (not he mentioned in the inscription)he as had it for many years and knows nothing about it except it,s a divers knife any info about these knives would be welcome,Regards Paul
