I'm no expert with this type of thing but it looks nice with the engraving, and general condition for something this age. Seems a good deal to me.
Does anybody have a lever and pin for a US pineapple grenade?

if there is no damage on handles it is worth it. But if you are looking for one for own collection, look for one with scabbard. They aren't rare or something. Nervelessness they are nice. It's just going to be difficult to find a scabbard alone.
    I'm looking for bayonets... constantly

Unless it was just for wall display, I wouldn't buy one without the scabbard-they are brilliant bayos though, well balanced for both slashing and stabbing on the rifle or hand to hand-much better than the 'knittng needles' that followed them-I have a St Etienne 1879 made example-they were made in vast numbers and are fairly common as mid/late 19th century bayos go.
