    Ok so here is another that I do not know of. This is the one that I called a plus shaped blade. It has the marks M.P on the blade and what looks like Tf or Ft or something like that. Unfortunatly this one has a broken tip. So what is it and who made it and when and for what and how long is this blade suppose to be. Oh SN on it is 39647

    Looks like a French Lebel, the one they called "Rosalie".

    WWI but used into WWII.

    Lots of info re specs and various models on the web.

    It is indeed a French bayonet Modele 1886 for the Lebel rifle - specifically a Modele 1886/93/16 as it does not have a quillon (hook).
