Arisaka Bayonet, any thoughts, and price range?

Hello, here is julekpl again, and i am interested in an Arisaka bayonet. Any thoughts on this one? Thanks

Maker is 'National Denki'.

With an original but damaged frog, and what looks like a repainted
scabbard, around $120-$130 or less.

I've seen Japanese Arisaka bayonets with scabbards
selling for $75-$80.........
