Zwerge is right on, Yugoslavian Model 1948. The stamping is , as stated, factory 44. 44 is to commemorate the year the Russians "liberated" Yugoslavia. These were made at Zavodi Crvena Zastava(BT3 inside triangle) for the model 48b export rifle.

Russians liberated mainly part of Yugoslavia with Titos partisans together in late 1944. So in October was liberated the Kragujevac plant too. Here stamps of BK for army acceptance, most likely is this for a M1948 rifle used in JNA.

I recognized it as a Slav bayonet I cant remember which model it is a earlier one that the Germans modified for service and one is post war I thought the shorter one was the post war bayonet. Maybe a model 23 or so is the one Sleepwalker has in his thread of German modified. timothy
