Brazilian Model 1904 yaghatan bayonet

heres a recent thrift store find, a scarce Brazilian M1904 Yataghan bayonet with matching scabbard

for the M1904 Mauser Vergueiro rifle in 7x57 mauser in service with Brazil's Federal Police in RIO DE JANEIRO

the blade and the scabbard are marked FPDF ( Forca Publica Distrito Federal )

this was the only Yataghan bayonet ever produced for a Mauser rifle and the last one made

these are hard to find with original scabbard , plus it's still in nice condition

the seller said it's French
