    Default Deadly SOB for sure!

I'm not sure if this is the correct spot to post this as I am not certain if this is a WW II German bayonet or not. At any rate, here it is and I hope you guys can shed some light as to who made it, when and if it's German or not. The blade is just shy of 19" long. I CERIAINLY would not want to get stuck by this killer!

Thanks guys. Now my next question is: What is it worth? It belongs to a friend of mine and I would like to make him a offer for it.

I normally see them sell in the $200-300 range.

Most often used as a tool as opposed to a weapon.
