    At least Dutch New-Guinea till 1962.

    The carbine was in use till 1993 in the Dutch Armed Forces:
    = DEFENCE AND WW2 =: THE M1 CARBINE .30 inch. HISTORY AND USE .

    ... As far as I know, also in Police units.
