I found these in a box when cleaning out a buddy's house. Can you help me ID them? I haven't done anything to them. The one isn't in the greatest shape but, it is cool looking. The one with the sheath is a bit dirty and the sheath is somewhat rusty. The leather is a bit dry but not cracking. That's why I left the frog on. So, what are they, what should I do with them (as far as cleaning them up is concerned) and do they have any collector value?

Thanks for all of your help.

Top is a Swiss M57 bayonet, made by Victorinox. Very common.
$20-$30 with it's plastic sheath. Blade can be cleaned up.

Lower is a German made bayonet for export (Turkish Mauser ?)
    $50 to $80 possibly.............
    Regards,

    Steve.

Dont try to clean them up with anything abrasive if at all, the frog could do with a wipe down with a damp cloth just to remove the surface dirt, then possibly a leather creme that will keep the grain supple, some wd40 on the blades should get rid of the surface rust but use a cloth nothing more
