    It's the Prussian Gardestern [Guards' Star], i.e. the Prussian Guards Corps' insigne, which is based on the the breast star of the Prussian Schwarzer-Adler-Orden [Order of the Black Eagle] instituted by Emperor Friedrich I, see:
