Italian Army Pocket Knife...maybe?

Anybody recognize this pocket knife? I think it might possibly be an Italian military pocket knife but I'm not totally certain so I'm hoping someone can confirm it one way or the other?

I forgot to say, it's totally unmarked, no makers details or anything, the only clue is the badge/crest on the grip.

I was thinking maybe '70-'80s so I guess if we split the difference and say circa the '70s!
