Without using google or anything, it looks Polish??? I don't have a clue, but it is a really nice looking knife/multi tool. I look forward to a complete story about this item, and the functions. The small steel rod. is that part of a barrel cleaner of for puncturing holes in explosive elements for the detonator?
    Interesting piece.

This knife´s made, and introduced, in Poland, you´re right !

    I´m sure, you´ll find out !

    Best,

    R.

    BTW, only 3.000 copy´s were made !

So, this knife´s, (IMO), much more harder to find than an Chained SS-dagger ! ! !

Yes Reibert, i found out. This is such a cool knife, and thinking about it was designed back in the sixties is just amazing. Imo the two designers was way ahead of their time. The small rod is a strike lighter. I love this knife, I'm in love and i want one. Is the knife yours Reibert, and are they hard to get?

    Yes, it´s my knive.
I got it from Poland last week.

It´s an unused knife an came together with pouch, lanyard and three spare parts, (two saw´s and one file).
It´s a pitty, that the magnesium in the ruler is removed ...

Here´re more images and information´s regarding this interesting knife:
