    Default M9 bayonet producer mark

Got this M9 bayo with producer mark totally unknown for me...

And now I have few questions about. I´ve heard that there were only four "official" makers of M9 bayos - Phrobis, Lan Cay, Buckmaster and Ontario. Does this means that all the other producers are kind of "pirates"? What is known about these other "unofficial" M9 bayos makers? Who is the maker of my example?

Now I need some Phrobis or LanCay just to compare - do they have some feaseable difference with this "piracy" or not...
