Need Help Identifying Unknown Bayonet, WW1.
Hey guys, it's me again. This is my second bayonet I ask to identify here!
This bayonet is a piece that was lying around at my grandparent's house since forever, which they mostly used for cutting meat and bread. After I bought my first Mannlicher, I asked if I could have it, and they gave it to me (including several big bullets and other stuff). I think it's in relatively good condition, unlike my bulgarian Mannlicher, it is still possible to push the button on the side in.
There's one problem, although it's definitely a bayonet, I have no idea what type or which country. I do know this:
My grandparents say they got it from family in Flanders and it's believed to be WW1. So I'd think Belgian, English/Canadian or German.
There are no stamps.
The handguard has been removed for some unknown reason.
Please help me identify this bayonet!

Belgian M1889 Mauser bayonet I think.
Blade shape and grip bolts with very small holes.

Thanks for the quick responses!
Any reason why the handguard is removed (a shame imo, yours looks nicer!)? Maybe family members removed it to better cut meat? I suppose it comes from a family member that was in the army at the time.
Is this a rare type of bayonet? Does the fact that the handguard is removed affect the value of the collectible a lot?

Unfortunately, this bayonet has been thoroughly abused/ruined and has little value...
cheers, Glenn

Ah, too bad, fortunately it has value to me

Looks like it has been turned into a fighting/utility
knife - which is not uncommon - but condition
is not great.........
