I need the year of introductory (1929?) and least year of production for Persian (Czechoslovakian) VZ29 bayonet.

In today's market, I see a lots of Persian Mauser bayonet in good condition.
It is condition of these bayonets equally to their original condition, or they are have re-worked/restored during the past?
(Scabbard was re-blued?)
