Ade, After WW1 in the 20s the Polish Army was trained and equiped by the French.. One French Army officer in charge of training was a little known officer named Captian Charles de Gaulle. De Gaulle was wounded 4 times before 1916 and was Captured by the Germans at Verdun in 1916... He was a true combat veteran and statesman.....BILL

Interesting is that Polish dont use the correct designation on many of the bayonets that was captured, sometimes there are rifles name stamped, french dont used this bayonet with Lebel M1886 rifle, more with M1907/15 rifle.

    Hi, mates !

    Received this one day´s ago.

As far as I know such pattern bayonets are pretty faked meanwhile.

    Cheers,
    R.
