We are gonna need to see more pics: full length, marks etc to id it

I am an expat in Mongolia and came across this there. In the last photo gives an idea of the condition i received it in. Any tips on how to clean it would be great! the blade itself is about 30cm and is blunt but the point is super sharp. I also purchased another from the same vendor which turned out to be a M1917 but i just cant find anything on this one. Obviously im not expecting it to be any thing fantastic but i am definitively curious. Thanks guys.
