Unknown bayonet leather belt hanger?

I got this leather belt hanger with a reworked/refurbished M70 Yugo M70 bayonet (R-prefix), however I do not recognize it.
It is not the standard issue one, nor (I think) the one from the so called "camping knife" version of an M70 knife bayonet.
And no markings on it (as far as I can see).

Does anyone know what it is?

Looks like a AK47/AK74 bayo hanger, nor sure which country? Here's a couple DDR ones.

Possible Yugo and wrong side refurbishment, when the rivets are replacements.

It may be a wrong refurbishment or a modification. Hard to tell.
