Looks like some kind of Company logo? Maybe an item to commemorate 60 years of the Company. I am guessing here.

It doesn't look military issue. I think the initials stand for a car/machinery company. Are you very interested?
On the ricasso of the largest blade it has an icon with a little stick figure sitting with SMF, Solingen and Rostfrei engraved.
SMF - were the makers
Solingen - was where it was made (Germany).
Rostfrei - it's got stainless steel blades.
I guess, as has been mentioned, that it's likely to be something to commemorate something that happened between 1902 and 1962 and I'd presume the knife would of been made in, or after, 1962? It's the sort of thing that the Sheffield knife makers churned out for assorted UK companies and the likes to commemorate various anniversaries or happenings over here.
