Im tempted, but held back by the same concern as you: The quality issue.
For that low price, one has to wonder.
Further more, Im a huge fan of the vintage ones and prefer them over newly made MIL blades.
Any idea, of how old your miniature bayonet is?

I quite agree.
There are some highly skilled custom makers out there still.
I have a few one-off knives custom made to my specs and the craftmanship is evident.
Sadly, most have been conditioned to buy quantity over quality and will never experience the joy of holding a truely well made custom item in their hands.
Too bad, when ones perception is formed by for example a cheap knock-off.
This is how ever the price paid (or rather the lack of price) for he emergence of cheap consumer goods.
