It's one of Bruce Hand's Ram's Head push daggers. Hand was an Australian. Check out this link to read a little bit more about him. You have a fairly desirable clandestine knife.

Well, I just thought it looked cool and bought it for $85 on a splurge. just wanted to find out what it was, probably not too smart to do that too often...

$85 bucks is a Gift...I'm sure it wouldn't be much of an effort to turn a considerable profit reselling it.

Very interesting to see the photos of that knife.

Also like the information in the link posted by Wagriff.

Value ... if you get two serious collectors bidding against each other in an auction then who knows !

BTW - a site dedicated to Australian knives - although I couldn't see anything by Bruce Hand.

Quite an interesting article about Bruce Hand ...It makes you wonder If the whole story has been made up by some guy years ago in America to sell these knives? I have been collecting Australian WW2 for well over 20 years and this is the first time I have ever heard of him... I also checked the WW2 service records and what do you know no one by that name ever served in the Australian defence forces ...Very strange to say the least.
