hey i'm interested in starting a 1957 collection, and wondered what the price of them is.
A guy on a danish collector forum is trying to sell this lot for 55 dollar (which sounds like a good price to me), would it be worth it?
Also, how to spot the fakes?

Mailio, first welcome to the Bundeswehr sub section of the forum, the place where 1957 awards are shown discussed and evaluated......The set you have been offered is a bargain, I would say snap it up ! The set, which is all original,comprises a double ribbon bar for six awards, a mini chain for social wear on a civilian dinner jacket, a post war DSB (Deutsches Sports Bund) sports badge in Gold and a bronze grade Close Combat clasp, all in good condition and all are desirable awrds, a great start to a collection of 1957 regulation awards/medals !

Thanks for the info, guys. It must have beeb a great price but sadly when i contacted him about them the next day he said that he had just sold them, next time i should be a bit faster.
