Didier...not a Bundeswehr badge of any description....This badge is not known to me, with the date, 1990, it may have something to do with the reunification of Germany in 1990 (1989 was the date of the fall of the Berlin wall, that started the process of re-unification), and be some sort of civilian/commemorative badge privately bought as a souvenir around that time, and not an official BRD item......Any maker marks on the back of the badge or anything on the screw back ?

I agree that this item is likely a memento related to German Reunification as it is definitely not Bundeswehr...
