i think? this patch is the bundesministerium (maybe)
the question is what hangers can be used for this tunic (its a flipping minefield out there)

i am new in the forum, an my englisch is not the best. The patch is since 2000 "Zentraler Sanitätsdienst der Bundeswehr", before 2000 "zentrale Sanitätsdienststellen der Bundeswehr". The rank is "Oberfeldarzt" it´s a doctor. You can use any hanger from Bundeswehr Hospital.
