At last ! a 57er DKiS..........
After searching for some time I have eventually procured a 57er DKiS, not the earliest, but I would age at 1960 on to mid 1960's..... a St u L made piece...red enamel ring with superbly frosted KvK with swords, and the highlights polished, has a wonderful dark copper sunburst....solid hinge, small "C" catch and second pattern tapered pin. All in all a nice earlyish example.
Prost ! Steve.
