Need Help. Combat jacket identification please.

Could this be third reich her combat jacket.It has been well used and repaired in several places.The cammo pattern i cannot identify. It has both buttons and a zipper on the front. The lining says 48in a small white tag with red numbers. Elsewhere in ink says 49.The hood shows silver pebbled small fasteners.the pockets have plastic buttons as does the sleeve loop.It has a substantial hood.

I believe it's a modern version of 'Sumpftarn', used
by the Bundesgrenschutz or Border Guards.
Looks like it may have had a left sleeve
pocket at one time.

It may not mean much, but could you post
a pic of the label.........?

The pen pocket on the left sleeve has been removed , it would have had this eagle on it .
