Ladies & Gents, please post your 57er ribbon bars....I shall start the ball rolling with the three I own, first up, my "Kreta" ribbon bar, which displays:- Kreta cuff title, War Merits Cross for combatants, Army long service medal, Bronze sports award (post war) and one foreign award, the Bulgarian Order of Military Merit medal.

My second bar.....Iron Cross 2nd class, War merits cross 2nd class for combatants and Army long service medal....

And my last but newest bar, Iron Cross 1st class, Iron Cross 2nd class, Close combat clasp in Bronze, Wound badge in Silver, Infantry assault badge and Eastern front medal.

I think that is a very nice bar Steve!
I am beginning to have an interest in aquiring some post war items as well.
Mainly items that my father would have earned.

Hi Ralph....the post war/Cold war era, be it Korea, Vietnam, middle east or militaria from when your father was in the Military is on the up...the collectables of the future, get in while relatively cheap !
