Article about: Sorry if i posted in wrong forum, but i could not find a forum that was for Post war militaria. Anyways can someone help me ID the smock and the equipment straps? Which country are they from

    Sorry if i posted in wrong forum, but i could not find a forum that was for Post war militaria.
    Anyways can someone help me ID the smock and the equipment straps? Which country are they from? I was told East German, but when I looked around i found nothing related.

    Derrick, the item of clothing is indeed a Bundeswehr "Snow smock" as Ade as stated, ...as for the straps, unless marked, I have no idea..they do seem to have "roller" style buckles, which hint to a German military style....so they could be either BW or DDR.
