Article about: G'day All Here's a set that was long forgotten in my junk pile, given to me by a former work mate back in the 90's

John is your bottle stuck because of the silicon plug at the base?

Steve may I ask to see your bottles?
    Here you are Rene..............
Top left to right...first type 1955-57, second type 1957-59....
Bottom row left to right....third type, NBC coating, 1959-early 70's, fourth type, early 1970's -early 1990's and the latest type (also available in "Flecktarn cammo" material), early 1990's to present. I have seen this latest style pouch contain ether aluminium or plastic water bottles.
Note third and forth types although similar in appearance are different water bottles, look at the straps and fasteners...........
    Prost ! Steve.
