    Just bought this from Bill at the duck. Can someone give me opinions on the shields. One is zinc and the other aluminum. The shields look mint.....too mint? Let me know guys.....thanks. If pics are too crappy let me know.

    A nice pith helmet everything looks good, Bill is a good trust worthy seller just is on the pricey side. Great pith helmet

    Thank you Dean, I needed a mate to my first pattern. I usually try and buy salty stuff, so the super mint stuff freaks me out a bit still. I trust Bill 100 percent, but I have to ask my forum gang for opinions. After the above comments, I am sure the shields are fine. Watch Jerry jump on and say FAKE, would make me laugh my ass off. Ok thanks to everyone who commented, as always your opinions mean a lot to my collecting.
