seen this for sale but as i know very little on ss caps wondered if it had a chance, the skull looks good but havent a clue on the cap , cheers Dave

Do you know what Dave, I also saw this cap and looked long and hard at it because although it seems like a shockingly bad fake, I do believe it's authentic, at least in part. Not an SS cap obviously but some kind of Imperial or 1920/30's cap with added bits and pieces of dubious nature.
