Any One ID This Schirmmütze?

Yardsale caps, l got a RCN PO,s cap which was nice and grabbed this one too, and hosestly i,ve never seen a real SS visor in real, this could be anything, hope someone can ID it for me, Thanks, jerry
CAP: wool, i think, but twill pattern body, maybe velvet band, its worn a lot, as is the top of the cap, interior, very dry leather band, yellow orange cotton, and orange oil-cloth crown, celluloid diamond no marking at all i can see, piping is silver, and the visor seems pretty brittle...there is a mark on the band where there was a badge....just curious..

This is not an SS cap, it appears to be black piped on the top section which is not correct.

It might be Teno or some other branch of service, or an outright copy.

Would this not be better in the "Cap Authentication Section"

Dunno...but it would make a great cap to wear, if nothing else! Personally, I'd lean towards the replica of a bad copy of an SS cap theory. Does it have a size in it?

nothing marked in it, was not even sure it is even German, but it fits, so just maybe wear it...
