Do have a look at our many posts on this issue. I am not sure where "here" is, but it is not before May 1945. The cap is a fake.

The lining, visor, base cap material , sweatband and piping installation are all incorrect. Examine the many examples posted just on this thread. This is a very poor fake. Of course the cap badges are also fake.
