You guys are right BW police issue probably late 50 60 so Cap itself isn't a repo the added insignia is what makes it a attempt to decieve I have owned one with its city crest in the 70's or maybe early 80's I don't comment on SS insignia as I don't collect it it has been remade since I was a kid 50's timothy
