Default Dj / HJ Black Wool Cap

Hi guys, I just got this great little HJ cap in the mail today. I was hoping to get some honest opinions on authenticity. The cap looks to be constructed properly as compared to similar caps I have seen. I need help as this is the first one I have actually seen up close. I have a few concerns which may be nothig.

    1. The buckle is hollow and does not have an RZM marking unlike others I have seen.
    2. The RZM tag is present in tatters, the sweatband is gone but the liner looks really clean. The size stamp #56 looks very bright for an old beat up cap that is missing the sweatband.
    3. The silver piping around the crown looks crudely sewn on but the black threads seem to match the cap. I don't know if this was added on or not
    4. I found one loose blue thread as pictured that does not match the cap. Perhaps a previous collector sewed up a loose part ?

i appreciate all comments and welcome any questions. Thanks, Al

Looks good based on pics. Piping would be worn by a DJ leader, so it was probably (crudely) added wartime.

Thanks for your input. I feel more at ease with the cap now.
