Article about: Hello everyone I only have these photos of the M43 cap which has also ventilation holes. Seems like without no markings. I would buy it if it is real stuff. Could it be post war copy? I trie

    Hello everyone
    I only have these photos of the M43 cap which has also ventilation holes. Seems like without no markings.
    I would buy it if it is real stuff. Could it be post war copy? I tried to confront it to the originals and to me it has good chance to be a good one.

    IMO an M42 side cap that was period upgraded to an M43 with the addition of a bill. Which explains the vent holes.
