(Flemish National Union)VNV insigna, cap badge?

hey guy's,
didn't realy know were to put it, so if thise is the wrong sub forum, feel free to (re)move.
I got the (right!) insigna today from a collegue on a French militaria forum!
I am very thrilled with it, but know so little about them....
So I would like to know if thise could be the badge that was used on VNV cap's? Situated on the head band in the center of a oak leave wreath ?
Or is it just a party badge?
Knowing it's origine, one could asume it is genuine, but one never knows.

I would say a cap badge. After all, it is fastened by prongs and that would hardly be practical for a membership badge.

My initial thoughts are the one on the left is a button looking at the eyes on the back, the circular badge could be a for the suit or tunic lapel and would be maybe a supporters pin badge to wear....just a hunch at the moment........I'll have a look at my books to see if any pictures come to light to support the theory.
