Default German sailor cap. Original or funny fantasy costume?

    Hello all!

I found this cap among used clothes. It looks like a crappy costume, but the outer black liner is same like the post war veterans cap's. The cocade is metal. The cap looks old.

    Thank you!

I was wondering how you were getting on since they dropped you from the ad in favour of that dude on the right Gunny......And then to have missed out on the 'Lord of the Rings' gig must have been devastating.

Ok, thank you. Somebody can delete it. But checking used clothes is not useless. 3 days ago I found a british 1944 dated cap in the same situation.

Getting back to the OP, i don't think any veterans caps were ever produced with a white top!..
